I’m a culturally-informed and trauma-informed coach supporting you to understand your patterns, shift survival responses, and transform your desires into lived reality - because your desires aren’t random. They’re sacred.

I work at the intersection of integrative psychotherapy, energetics, nervous system regulation, and practical systems, so transformation becomes embodied…not just understood or performed.
